Important Information About Account Deletion

Please read the following carefully before proceeding with your account deletion request

Irreversibility of Deletion

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed, it cannot be reversed.
All data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers.

Creating a New Account

After your account is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Iridium Chat app again.

Data Backup

Backup data is tied to an account. Once an account is deleted, it is not possible to use backup data to recover chats.
If you want to be able to restore your data later, we recommend logging out of your account instead proceeding with account deletion.

Processing Time

If you delete your account through the app, the deletion will be processed instantly.
If you request account deletion via this website, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the request to be processed.
